At InSpark we developed multiple Apps for the Modern Workplace. One of those Apps is an anniversary App. The App is capable of displaying new hires. To display the new hires, we need to fill a RefinableDate Mananged Property with the SPS-Hiredate. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find the SPS property. Why? Because none of the user profiles had an entry in this profile property! Stupid me, makes complete sense of course.
Are you encountering the same issue? Fill a profile property with an entry, wait patiently for a crawl and you are able to use the SPS Property 🙂
